Calendar Planning

I printed out a calendar of the month...

and asked my actors to fill in when they were free during the day and block out any days which they were not.

I colour-coded this to see easily who I could film with and when I could do this. This enabled me to plan which scenes will be shot on which day and adhere to my deadlines.
